White Deckshark Mako

Turn your existing DJ controller into a standalone unit with the Deckshark Mako. Full compatibility with the FLX4 and DDJ-400 controllers.

What's included

• The Mako
• A stand that enables the Mako to sit upright on a flat surface when not docked to a controller (called "the wishbone" and pictured in the product photos)
• A 5.1 volt 12.75 watt DC power adapter
• A short USB cable (either Type-C or Type-B depending on what variant you select), which is mostly hidden when unit is docked to a controller

How to use

A manual will be provided in the box with detailed instructions. Basically, there are two thumb screws that you will first loosen so the unit can be mounted to the back of your DJ controller. You will then plug the USB cable provided into your DJ controller. Then, tighten the thumb screws when the unit is in place in order to firmly secure it to your controller. The grip is tight enough that the controller can be set atop a piano stand or hanging off the edge of a table without risk of the Mako coming loose.

Power requirements

The unit requires a 5.1 volt, 12.75 watt DC power supply in order to ensure adequate power delivery to all peripherals. In order to ensure an optimal experience, we do not currently support powering the unit using a power bank or anything other than the DC power supply that the unit ships with.
